Returns within 60 days

Not completely satisfied, or would you prefer a different size? You can easily return your order within 60 days of delivery.

• In 3 steps:
  1. Pack the item back in the box
  2. Place the enclosed return label over the old label
  3. Drop off the parcel at the parcel point
• Return fee: € 4,95, we automatically deduct this from your refund, you don’t pay anything upfront.
• Confirmation & refund: once processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation and we’ll refund via the same payment method.
